Click on a point (or circle, segment, etc.) to select it.

Hold the shift key down and click to select more than one object.

Choose an operation from the Construct menu after selecting points, circles, etc. for the operation to work on.

For some operations, the order of selection is important. For example, to draw a circle, first select the center, then a point on the circle.

You can drag your diagram by red points.
